The Mission

To provide honest, timely, trauma-informed nutrition therapy and guidance to all people seeking the best way forward with food.

  • Honest: Clear and complete information direct from the most widely used nutrition textbooks and up-to-date research, specific to your needs. No hypes, no fads. Just basic science relevant to you and yours.
  • Timely: Get the exact information and guidance you need, when you need it.
  • Trauma-informed: We all have a history with food. Some of it good, some of it not-so-good. Can I get an “Amen”? Our relationships with our bodies and our views on nutrition are often shaped by experiences we endure and messages we receive from the womb up to this very moment. Trauma-informed nutrition therapy allows space for all of our “stuff” and pushes us to grow — in spite of ourselves, our reactions to life’s circumstances, and our current perceptions. If that sounds scary or even impossible, that’s okay. That’s what faith is for. With faith, anything is possible.
